Four Steps To Positive Thinking

1.) Focus on what you are thinking about and ensure they are positive. Control your thoughts and if you get negative thoughts coming, pause and change the hostility to acceptance.

2.) Prevent your mind from being influenced by other people's negative thoughts. To do this, stay away from negative people.

3.) Prepare a checklist on the things you want to change in your life. Write down the negative attitudes you have on a piece of paper using black ink. Take it outside your house and burn the paper and you will be free from such issues again and start your life fresh.

4.) Write down positive affirmations statements and stick them in your bedroom, workplace or places where you spend most of your time. You can also carry them with you in the form of cards. Enjoy the greatness they make you feel whenever you read them.
